I did not have my vehicle serviced on 6/14/2023. Matter of fact I’ve been waiting for the service department to call me for months to let me know that the parts are in for the TWO recalls on my truck. I have called and emailed with no response

Ken or Kenny as he refers to himself is probably one of the worst service people I have dealt with especially after working in the car industry for years. I will never come back as another dealer found the real problem with my vehicle and northstar came up with absurd issues that turned out to be false. I will make sure this goes to the BBB.

I called the dealership to make an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. To my surprise there was an opening for later that same day. I went to the dealership at the appointed time. I talked to the service writer and he said that he would notify me when the car was finished. I waited for my car to get worked on in the waiting area. The waiting room was clean and bright. Approximately one hour later the service writer contacted me that my car was ready to go. I paid the bill and off I went. I was happy with my overall experience. But then things went downhill from there. When I arrived home and got out of the car I noticed that the rocker panel on the drivers side was damaged. I walked around to the passenger side and saw that it was also damaged. I knew right away what had happened. The car was placed on the lift at the dealership the wrong way and that is how both rocker panels were now damaged. I immediately called the dealership and left a message for the service manager. I wanted to have this documented as soon as possible so I decided to drive right back to the dealership and have someone there look at it. The service writer noticed me driving the car back into the service area and asked whats wrong? Just then the service manager came out of his office and said that he had just got my message and was about to call. The service manager contacted the collision center assistant manager who along with the service manager verified what I thought happened was correct, that the car was placed on the lift incorrectly. They both apologized for the damage and said that I would be contacted within a few days to schedule an appointment. At that time I was told that it would be at the very least the middle of August before my car could be worked on. I drove home from the dealership thinking to myself "how could this have happened they work on cars there all the time - they should know what they are doing." Two days later I received a call from the collision shop and scheduled an appointment for the middle of August to have the car worked on. I have to ask "how would feel if you took you're vehicle in for service and got it back damaged?"

Had an oil change/tire rotation. I had one bad sensor that I knew about. Told the service advisor that I could get a new one installed where I bought my tires for half of what it cost there. When I left there none of my tire sensors worked. Was told they couldn't be re- learned because of the bad one. Do not believe that. Ended up costing me more money to get them re- learned when I think it should have been part of the tire rotation. Other than that my other experiences have been good.
