I came in for an oil change a tire rotation. I was waiting in the lounge area and at 1.75 hours later I went looking for my service rep to see what was going on. Anthony was nowhere to be found but another rep found my paperwork and keys on his desk and my car had been finished for a while. This should have never happened.

I had an appointment for May 18th to check the brakes on my car and I dropped it off first thing in the morning for a 10am appointment. They never even got to my car that day, I called to check on it around 2 since I hadn't heard anything. Then they sent the driver to pick me up since they weren't going to get to it before he had to go home. I was then rescheduled for May 31st. It was a complete waste of my time to drop it off the first day, my time and work is important to me, so the complete disregard for that was very disrespectful. I was not offered a discount or anything when I returned for wasting my time. It was also crazy that I had to wait that long for another appointment. When I picked up my car on the 31st, I was not provided any warranty information on the new brakes I purchased (I asked for it to be handwritten on my receipt so I have a record of it) and my car was blocked in my other vehicles. Overall my experience here was a chaotic mess.
